For standard shipping we add a flat rate of $10 per purchase for the East Coast of Australia and $15 for Western Australia. Please note, our couriers cannot deliver to Australia PO boxes
Tracking & updates will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped. Delivery times will vary on your location. Items that have been returned to sender and need to be resent will be at the cost of the customer.
Standard shipping times
Delivery time is usually 2-5 business days on the East Coast of Australia, 5-8 business days in WA and 5-9 business days for NT and TAS but may vary depending on the location of the customer. Isolated areas will have longer delivery times. All standard shipping orders are sent via Australia Post E-Parcel, Couriers Please, Fast Ways and TNT and will require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure the goods have been received. If you are unlikely to be home to sign for the goods we recommend the use of a business address if more convenient. If the goods are unable to be signed for the courier will leave a card to notify the goods were attempted to be delivered. All International orders will be shipped via Australia Post Courier international. The service starts from $30 and varies per region. Australia Post service offers online tracking and signature on delivery. Items sent via Australia Post will require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure the goods have been received. If you are unlikely to be home to sign for the goods we recommend that you use a Business address or a PO Box.
