Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your board. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day returns policy — return unused products within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange or online store credit. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, undamaged, with proof of purchase.

How to return goods

  1. Email us at info@goldcoastlongboards.com.au with your order number and the issue — we'll send you return instructions.
  2. Include your original invoice in the package and a note letting us know whether you'd like a refund, exchange or store credit.
  3. Post the package via an insured/traceable method — Gold Coast Longboards can't be held liable for lost inbound packages. Customers are responsible for inbound postage costs on change-of-mind returns.
  4. Once received, we'll inspect and process your return within 1–5 business days.
  5. We'll notify you as soon as your refund or exchange is processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note: for international orders we're unable to facilitate exchanges — refunds and store credit only.

Faulty Goods & Warranty

All products purchased from Gold Coast Longboards are covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, exposure or extensive wear.

To make a warranty claim, email info@goldcoastlongboards.com.au with photos and your order number and we'll take it from there. If a fault is confirmed, we'll cover return postage on the replacement to you. All returned goods are inspected to verify the reason for return; you're responsible for ensuring goods arrive at our dispatch location safely, so we recommend insuring them in transit.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
