Skateboard Warranty

All of our boards come with a 12-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any faults in materials or workmanship that affect the performance or safety of your board.

What’s covered:

  • Structural defects in the deck
  • Faults in trucks, wheels, or bearings due to manufacturing error

What’s not covered:

  • Damage from misuse or accidents
  • Improper care or storage
  • Water exposure, weather damage, or riding in wet conditions
  • General wear and tear from regular use
  • Grip tape damage or surface scuffs from riding

To lodge a claim:

  1. Email us at gclongboards@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the fault.
  2. Our team will review your claim and respond with the next steps.
  3. If your warranty claim is approved, we’ll repair or replace your item at no cost.
  4. If your item needs to be returned, you’ll be responsible for safely sending it back—tracked shipping is highly recommended.

All warranty returns are inspected by our QA team. If the item isn’t eligible for a warranty replacement, we’ll let you know and offer to return the item (shipping charges may apply).

Sunglasses Warranty

Sunglasses Warranty – 6 Months + Lifetime Cover

All GCLB sunglasses come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, covering faults in materials and workmanship (e.g. hinges, frame defects, or delaminated lenses).

Bonus Lifetime Coverage:

We get it—accidents happen. That’s why we offer lifetime accidental breakage cover. If your GCLB sunglasses break accidentally, we’ll hook you up with a replacement pair for 50% off the original price. Just send us the details and a photo, and we’ll sort you out.

To lodge a sunglasses claim:

  1. Email gclongboards@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the damage, and a quick explanation.
  2. Let us know if it’s a manufacturer fault (under warranty) or an accidental break (lifetime cover).
  3. We’ll assess your claim and get back to you with next steps or your exclusive 50% off code for a replacement.

We want you to love your new gear—but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not 100% stoked with your order, no worries. You can return your product within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit—just make sure it’s unused and in original condition.

Here’s how to return your item:

  1. Send us an email at gclongboards@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with the next steps.
  2. Pack the item safely with the original invoice and a note letting us know if you’d like a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  3. Drop it off at your local post office and return via a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  4. Once your return arrives at our Gold Coast HQ, our team will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 1–5 business days.
  5. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been finalised. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
