All international orders are sent via Australia Post International Courier.

Shipping starts from $30 and varies by location. Final rates are calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Shipping FAQs

➕ What is the usual standard shipping time for a skateboard?

Standard shipping typically takes 2–6 business days for QLD, NSW, and VIC, and 3–14 business days for WA, NT, SA, and TAS. We ship from our Gold Coast HQ and you’ll receive a tracking link once your order is fulfilled.

However these shipping times are just a guide. Typically they can be much quicker during quiet times of the year and can become longer during busy periods such as Black Friday in November as-well as the weeks leading up to Christmas in December

Note: Shipping times are much faster to a city and surrounding suburbs. Rural areas often take longer

➕ I didn't get a confirmation email for my order?

Order confirmations are automatically sent to the email used at checkout. If you haven’t received one, double-check your spam or promotions folder. Still can’t find it? Email us at gclongboards@gmail.com and we’ll help you out.

➕ I can't find the tracking information for my order?

Tracking info is sent automatically as soon as your order is fulfilled. If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam/junk folders. Still stuck? Just shoot us an email and we’ll re-send it.

➕ How can I track my order?

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking link via email from Shippit (Our shipping partner). You can click the link anytime to see real-time updates from the courier handling your delivery.

➕ My package is delayed?

Sometimes couriers experience delays due to high volumes or weather. If your order is running late, check the tracking link for updates. For more help, you can contact our shipping partner 'Shippit' directly via the tracking page or get in touch with us and we’ll follow it up for you.

➕ It says my parcel was attempted delivery?

If your tracking shows “attempted delivery,” it usually means the courier couldn’t leave it safely or access the property. Check your tracking link for the next steps—they may try again or leave it at a local pickup point. If nothing updates, let us know and we’ll help chase it up.

➕ What is your refund policy and do you accept returns?
