The courier will email tracking information to the email you have put in with your order. Please make sure this email address is correct. Delivery carrier usually tries to deliver your package 2 times before they return it to the warehouse. To avoid delays in delivery, we recommend that you make yourself available to sign for your signature-required package. Any return to sender packages that need to be re sent is at the cost of the customer.

The courier will email the tracking information. To find details about your shipments also check your SPAM folders in your emails.

The courier will have attempted to deliver your parcel and if the address was incomplete or there was no where safe to leave it, they will try re attempt delivery the following days. If they are unsuccessful the package will come return to sender to our warehouse and the cost to re ship is on the customer.
