What type of skateboard should I get?
It depends on how you want to ride. Surf skates are for carving and surf training — they mimic the feeling of riding a wave. Longboards are for smooth cruising, commuting, and longer distances. Cruisers are compact and portable — perfect for short trips and easy to carry. Not sure? Cruisers are the most beginner-friendly; surf skates are the most unique riding experience.
What skateboard is best for beginners?
For most beginners, we recommend a cruiser — they're stable, forgiving, and easy to learn on, perfect for kids. If you want more stability and plan to ride longer distances, a longboard is a great choice, better for adults. Surf skates have a small learning curve due to the responsive trucks, but many beginners find them intuitive once they get the feel.
Do your skateboards come fully assembled?
Yes! All our boards come fully assembled and ready to ride straight out of the box. Trucks, wheels, bearings, and grip tape are all fitted — just unbox and go.
What's the difference between a surf skate, longboard, and cruiser?
Surf skates have a special front truck that allows deep carving and pumping — they feel like surfing on pavement. Longboards are longer (36"+) with a stable platform for smooth cruising and distance. Cruisers are shorter (28-34") and built for portability — easy to carry, great for quick trips.
Are your skateboards suitable for kids?
Yes! Our smaller boards (like the 28" cruiser or 30" surf skate) work well for kids and younger teens. For younger children (under 10), we recommend starting with a cruiser for the extra stability. Adult supervision and protective gear recommended for all ages.
Do you offer free shipping on skateboards?
Yes! We offer free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $180 (excludes WA, which has a flat rate). Most of our complete boards qualify for free shipping. We also ship internationally — rates calculated at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
Not happy with your purchase? No worries — you can return unused items within 30 days for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be in original condition with packaging. Just email us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Do your skateboards come with a warranty?
Yes! All our skateboards come with a 12-month manufacturing warranty. This covers structural defects in the deck and faults in trucks, wheels, or bearings due to manufacturing error. Normal wear and tear from riding isn't covered, but if something's faulty, we'll make it right.
What if my skateboard arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. If your board was damaged in transit, we'll arrange a replacement or refund — no hassles.
Can I change the wheels or trucks later?
Absolutely! All our boards use standard skateboard hardware. You can swap out wheels, trucks, bearings, or grip tape whenever you like. We also sell replacement parts and accessories if you need them.
